The GyroTCM2 software inital version was incorrect as it failed to call the tcm2->continuousCommandPackets() routine to start TCM transmission.

The TCMtest program ONLY tests the TCM, but it does it correctly:

Here is the GyroTCM version that tests both. I note that the Gyro returns 0 in this version and I suspect that this code also needs to be fixed to start Gyro tranmission. Anyway, the TCM part of it works:
